These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nerozo AI ("Nerozo", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at nerozo.xyz and all related services. By creating an account or using Nerozo, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Nerozo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Nerozo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Nerozo is an AI-powered business operating system that provides tools for CRM, finance tracking, marketing, automation, analytics, team management, and AI-driven business coaching. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at nerozo.business@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Nerozo offers a 7-day free trial with access to features based on the plan you select. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be locked until you activate a paid subscription. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.
You agree not to use Nerozo to:
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Nerozo. By using the platform, you grant Nerozo a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any other purpose.
Nerozo's AI features are designed to assist your business decision-making, not replace it. AI-generated insights, coaching tips, lead scores, and recommendations are based on the data you provide and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them. Nerozo does not provide certified financial, legal, or investment advice.
All software, designs, logos, and content that form part of the Nerozo platform are the intellectual property of Nerozo AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Nerozo without our prior written consent.
Nerozo integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Shopify, Google, PayPal, WooCommerce, Microsoft 365). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services. Nerozo is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nerozo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nerozo in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription fees. You may delete your account at any time by contacting nerozo.business@gmail.com.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Nerozo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
