Nerozo AI ("Nerozo", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at nerozo.xyz and any related services.

By using Nerozo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Business data — leads, transactions, automations, and other data you enter into the platform. This data belongs to you.
• Usage data — how you interact with Nerozo, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.
• Payment information — processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• Device information — browser type, IP address, and timezone used for currency detection and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Nerozo platform
• Personalise your experience and AI coaching based on your business data
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send account-related communications (trial reminders, billing receipts)
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business financial data for any purpose other than powering your Nerozo dashboard.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS) enabled. This means your data is completely isolated from other users — no other Nerozo user can ever access your business information.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Access to your data requires authentication with a valid JWT token verified by our backend on every request.

4. AI & Your Data

Nerozo's AI features use your business data (leads, transactions, automations) solely to generate insights, coaching tips, and recommendations for you. Your data is never used to train AI models or shared with any third-party AI provider in a way that could identify you.

All AI processing is done in real-time per request and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the scope of the individual request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Nerozo:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Paystack — payment processing
• Render — backend hosting
• Netlify — frontend hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose partners who maintain high security and privacy standards.

6. Cookies

Nerozo uses session storage (not cookies) to maintain your login session. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used. We do not serve ads.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data and business data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Nerozo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Nerozo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
